At Soleil Leon, we take pride in offering exquisite, bespoke jewelry pieces crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. Due to the unique and customized nature of our products, we have the following exchange policy:

Each Soleil Leon piece is meticulously crafted to order, ensuring a personalized touch for every customer.

Given the bespoke nature of our jewelry, we do not offer returns or cash refunds.

Exchange Policy:

We offer exchanges for store credit within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.

All exchanges require approval from our dedicated customer service team.

Exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from SoleilLeon.com.

Due to the custom nature of our pieces, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Store credits may be used towards future purchases on SoleilLeon.com.

Exchange Process:

Contact our customer service team to request an exchange approval.

Upon approval, carefully package your item in its original packaging.

Ship the item to the address provided by our team.

After inspection of the returned item, we will issue store credit for the purchase amount (excluding original shipping costs).

Please Note:

Custom orders, personalized items, and final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for exchange.

Gift card purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Soleil Leon reserves the right to refuse an exchange for any purchase that does not meet the above requirements.
